Organize, filter, and customize your data in Pipeline CRM using List Views. This guide covers how to adjust columns, sort and filter information, save and share custom views, and export your data for Companies, Deals, and People tabs.

What is a List View?
A List View in Pipeline CRM is a customizable table that lets you organize, filter, and display your data—such as Companies, Deals, or People—in a way that suits your workflow. You can choose which columns to show, sort and filter information, and save your favorite layouts for quick access.

Customizing Your List View

Select Columns to View

  1. Click the Columns icon.
  2. Check the boxes for fields you want to display, or uncheck to hide them.

Move Columns
Click on the six-dot icon to drag and drop a column to a different place.

Sort Columns
  • Click the column header to sort by ascending or descending order.
  • An arrow icon will appear to show the sort direction.

Filter Data
  • Click the Filter icon in a column header.
  • For text fields, enter a term (e.g., ā€œCorpā€) to find values starting with that text.
    • To search anywhere in the field, add a % before your term (e.g., ā€œ%Corpā€ finds ā€œStarbucks Corporationā€ and ā€œCorporate Holdings, Inc.ā€).
  • For dropdown or multi-selection fields, select options to filter records that contain those values.

Color Code Columns
  • Click the color palette icon in the column header.
  • Choose a color or enter a HEX code to highlight the column.

Freeze Columns
Click the Lock icon to freeze a column, keeping it visible while scrolling.

Resize Rows and Columns
Hover over the line between rows or columns and drag to resize them.
