Need to back up your Pipeline CRM data, share reports, or analyze information outside the platform? Exporting your companies, deals, people, activities, and agenda items is simple and streamlined. 

This guide shows you how to export your data as a CSV or PDF, with tips for customizing your export so you get exactly what you need—no more, no less.

Customizing Your Export
Want to control which data makes the cut? You can customize your export by selecting the columns you need.

To adjust columns:

  1. Click on the columns icon.
  2. Check or uncheck the columns you want to appear in your export.
  3. Only the columns visible on your page will be included in your export.

How to Export Data

  1. Navigate to the section you want to export (Companies, Deals, People, Activities, or Agenda).
  2. Set your filters and adjust columns as needed.
  3. Click the three dots (•••) in the top right corner.
  4. Select Export as CSV or Export as PDF.
Note: If your CSV export has more than 100 records, you’ll receive a download link via email when it’s ready.


Can’t Find the Export Option?

Exporting is a permission-controlled feature. If you don’t see the export button, your account admin may need to enable this for you. They can do this by visiting the Users section under Settings.
