Create a starred list

Starred lists keep you up-to-date on critical information. You can use a starred list to keep you aware of deals falling through the cracks, new leads entering the pipeline, or customers with an annual milestone approaching. One of Pipeline’s most popular features, starred lists, is useful for just about any user.

To create a starred list, first, you must have a list. Let’s say, for example, that you want to make sure that deals on the verge of closing actually make it over the finish line. A great list to create is one of all deals that are in an advanced stage -- like "Negotiation" -- and have no scheduled tasks.


These are deals that are good to keep an eye on. By making this a starred list, you will increase the exposure of this information. To apply the star, click here:

  • Your Morning Coffee Report, our daily email digest.
