Create a starred list

Starred lists keep you up-to-date on critical information. You can use a starred list to keep you aware of deals falling through the cracks, new leads entering the pipeline, or customers with an annual milestone approaching. One of Pipelineโ€™s most popular features, starred lists, is useful for just about any user.

To create a starred list, first, you must have a list. Letโ€™s say, for example, that you want to make sure that deals on the verge of closing actually make it over the finish line. A great list to create is one of all deals that are in an advanced stage -- like "Negotiation" -- and have no scheduled tasks.

These are deals that are good to keep an eye on. By making this a starred list, you will increase the exposure of this information. To apply the star, click here:

Information about this list will now appear in a couple of new locations:

  • The Home tab
  • Your Morning Coffee Report, our daily email digest.

You can come back to this list easily just by clicking on the record number:

Use these special lists to stay more organized and plug those holes in your pipeline.
