View all emails synced from your connected email account. Read, reply, and manage conversations without leaving Pipeline CRM.
Your inbox shows:
- Emails sent and received through Pipeline
- Conversations organized by contact
- Complete email threads with history
Scheduled Emails
See all emails scheduled to send in the future. Perfect for following up at the right time or sending messages during business hours.
What you can do:
- Click an email name to preview the message
- Click Edit to change send time or content
- Click Delete to cancel a scheduled email
Forwarded Emails
Find any email you've forwarded or BCC'd to [email protected]. This is useful when you need to log emails without full inbox sync enabled.
Use this when:
- You send emails from a non-synced account
- You want to capture important correspondence quickly
- You haven't set up email sync yet
Bulk Emails
Review all bulk email campaigns you've sent. See quick performance metrics like open rates and clicks at a glance.
Available metrics:
- Total recipients
- Delivery rate
- Open rate
- Click rate
Campaigns
View detailed performance for each email campaign. Track engagement and see exactly who opened, clicked, or unsubscribed.
Campaign analytics include:
- Delivery, open, and click rates
- Number of unsubscribes
- Individual recipient engagement
- Who opened and when
- Which links were clicked
Admins control who can send bulk campaigns:
- Go to Account Settings β Users
- Select a user
- Check or uncheck Can send email campaigns
- Click Save

Recipients
View a complete list of everyone who's received emails from Pipeline CRM through your synced inbox.
Customize your view:
- Filter by date, sender, or engagement
- Sort by any column
- Show/hide columns using the Columns icon

Templates
Create, save, and organize reusable email templates for faster outreach.
How to use templates:
- Click + Create new template
- Write your email content
- Use merge fields to personalize ({{first_name}}, {{company}}, etc.)
- Save and organize with tags or lists
- Sort by name, date created, or usage
- Filter by tags or saved lists
- Edit or delete existing templates
- Duplicate templates to create variations
Email Settings
Access your personal email settings from Profile icon (top right) β My Profile β Email tab.
Primary Email Address
Your login email and the address used for email sync. Update this if you change your primary work email.
Email Links
Choose how Pipeline opens and sends emails:
- Open in Pipeline's email composer
- Open in your default email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
Connect or disconnect your email account to sync messages with Pipeline CRM.
Email Signature
Create a professional signature that appears at the bottom of every email sent from Pipeline.
Include:
- Your name and title
- Company name
- Phone number
- Website or social links
Required for bulk email campaigns. This address ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and appears as the "from" address in bulk emails.
Other Email Addresses
Add additional email addresses if you forward or BCC emails from multiple accounts to Pipeline.
