Pipeline CRM’s Email Campaigns feature empowers you to automate and personalize your communication with contacts by:

  • Automating & personalizing communication with multi-step email sequences. ✉️
  • Trigger-based sending: Emails can be triggered by actions like:
    • Creation, update, or deletion of a deal, person, company, calendar item, activity, or customer. 🔄
  • Customizable sequence settings:
    • Set delays between email steps ⏳
    • Define stop conditions (e.g., when a contact replies or a deal stage changes) 🚦
  • Track performance with detailed reports: 📊
    • Monitor conversion rates, email opens, clicks, and responses
    • Use insights to optimize your outreach 🚀
Sending Options
  • Private Campaigns: This option will only include the records under the ownership of the sending user.
  • Global Campaigns: This option will include all contacts within the Pipeline account 
User Role Customization
  • Executive Users: Can create both Global and Private campaigns, offering flexibility in outreach strategies.
  • Basic Users: With the appropriate permissions, can initiate Private campaigns, focusing on their assigned contacts.
Advanced Reporting
Monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns with detailed reports on conversion rates, email opens, clicks, and responses, allowing for data-driven improvements.

Audience Targeting by Record Type
  • Company: All associated people within the company match the set criteria. 
  • Person: The individual contact matching the set criteria.
  • Deal: The primary contact associated with the deal matching the set criteria.
