Email Overview

Stay organized and informed with all your email activities, templates, campaigns, and analytics—right from your Pipeline CRM dashboard.


Overview
The Email tab provides everything you need to:
  • Monitor campaign stats
  • Manage and schedule emails
  • Create and use templates
  • Review sent messages
  • Update email-related settings
All users can access additional email options by going to My Profile.


My Inbox
Shows emails synced to Pipeline CRM from your connected.

Scheduled Emails 
See upcoming emails scheduled to be sent. Click the email’s name to preview, Edit to adjust time or content, or Delete to cancel.

Forwarded Emails
Find any email you’ve forwarded or BCC’d to [email protected]. This is great for capturing correspondence even if you haven’t set up full email sync.

Bulk Emails

Review all of your sent bulk emails and review quick analytics such as Opens and Clicks.

Campaigns
View campaign performance by each email blast. Click to see:
  • Delivery, open, and click rates
  • Number of unsubscribes
  • Individual recipient engagement (opens, clicks, unsubscribes)

User Permissions
Admins can control who sends mass email campaigns:
  • By default, all users are enabled.
  • To change: Go to Account Settings > Users, select the user, and check or uncheck the Can send email campaigns option. Hit Save.
  • When adding new users, select this permission during the invitation process.

Recipients

The Recipients tab is a list view of all emails sent from within Pipeline using email sync.

As with other list views, filter, and sort based on the visible columns, and choose which columns are visible by clicking on the Columns icon.


Analytics
Access the Analytics tab for visualizations and stats:

  • Total emails sent
  • Open and click rates (including those with links/attachments)
  • Activity over time
  • Performance comparison (across users/teams)
  • Individual contributions
  • Customizable by sender, team, or time period
  • Use filters (user, team, time frame) to find the data you need at a glance.
Templates
Create, save, and manage reusable email templates from the Templates tab. Sort and filter your template list for easy access.
  • Click + Create new template to start a new one
  • Use saved lists for organizing templates

Email Settings
To access your email settings, click on the person icon located in the top right corner and then select My Profile. After that, click on the Email tab.
In here you can:
  • Primary Email Address: Update your primary email address. This is the email you use to sign into Pipeline and for your email sync.
  • Email Links: Decide how you want to open and send emails while in Pipeline.
  • Email Sync: Sync or disable your email.
  • Signature: Customize your email signature.
  • Office Email Address: Add or update your office email address to comply with CAN-SPAM laws. This is required if you are sending bulk emails.
  • Other email address: Add other email address if you wish to forward emails from an email other than your primary one.
