The Kanban board shows your deals as cards in columns, one column per stage, so you can see where everything sits and move deals forward by dragging them.
Open the Kanban Board
- Go to the Deals page.
- Switch from List View to Kanban View.
Each column is a stage in your pipeline, arranged left to right in the order your admin set. The number beside a stage name is how many deals are in it. See Deal Stages to change the stages or their order.
Move a Deal Between Stages
Drag a deal card into the column you want. For the other ways to change a stage — including in bulk — see Change a Deal's Stage.
Edit a Deal from a Card
- Quick edits: Click the pencil icon in the lower-right corner of the deal card to edit. This should open the deal's form for quick edits.
- Full deal profile: Click the deal title.
Each card also carries icons for creating a task and viewing the deal's activity.
Choose What Appears on Cards
- Click Edit Display Fields.
- Select the fields you want on each card.
Some fields aren't available in Kanban view.
Work with Several Deals at Once
Select deals using the checkbox on each card, then use the bulk actions bar. See Bulk Update Fields for what you can change.
Filter Your Board
Apply filters to narrow the board — minimum deal value, for example. You can also import the filters from a saved list view so both views match.
See Filter, Save, and Share Priority Deal Lists for building those filters in the list view first.
Switch Pipelines
Only one pipeline shows at a time. Click the board icon to switch to another. See Multiple Pipelines if you're not sure which pipelines your account has.
Collapse a Stage
Click a stage name to collapse or expand its column. You can still drag deals into a collapsed stage.
If a stage has more deals than it can show, click the load more icon to see the rest.
Save Your Board
- Set up the board the way you want it — fields, filters, and pipeline.
- Click Save as new board.
- Give the board a name.
Use the dropdown at the top left to open, rename, duplicate, or delete a saved board.
