What is Deal Status? Deal Status helps you quickly see the health of every deal in your Pipeline CRM account. Each status is color-coded for easy scanning:
- 🟢: Go! The deal is healthy and on track to close as expected.
- 🟡: Caution! Progress is slowing and the deal may miss its expected close date. Review for any concerns.
- 🔴: Stopped! The deal is blocked or has major issues. Address red flags before moving forward.
- Unset: No status has been set for this deal.
Customizing Deal Status You can also create your own Custom Deal Statuses to match your workflow.
To add a custom status:
- Go to Settings.
- Click the Deals tab.
- Select Statuses.
- Click the + New deal statys button.
- Choose your preferred color and name for the new status.
