Customer Management Overview

Once you convert a company to a customer, the profile page gains tools for managing the relationship after the deal is won. Here's what's available and where to learn more.

    Key Contacts

Flag the people who matter most at each customer — the decision-maker, your champion, your day-to-day contact — so your team can see them at a glance instead of scrolling a long people list. You can add a relationship label to explain why each one is important.

    Health Status

Rate each customer relationship as Poor, Fair, or Good, add a note explaining why, and track how it changes over time. Every update is logged as an activity on the record.

    Track Customer Health Status →

    Revenue Types

Categorize deals by where the revenue comes from — new business, expansion, project, or recurring — so you can see how each customer contributes.

Set Up Performance Lanes (Revenue Types) →

    Customer list views

The Is Customer and Health Status columns let you separate customers from prospects in the Companies tab, and build saved views like "customers who've been at risk for more than a week."

Filter Companies and Customers with List Views →

Spot and Support At-Risk Customers →

    Customize the profile page

The Deals and People tables on a customer profile can be reordered, and you can add any field including custom fields. Some of that is yours to set and some is controlled by an admin.
