Choose Your View
When you open the Projects section, you'll land on your default project view. Three views are available:
- Timeline — visualize projects and milestones on a time-based layout
- List — see all projects in a sortable, filterable table
- Kanban — view projects organized by status (open or closed)
Timeline View
Timeline view lets you visualize projects and milestones on a time-based layout — so it's useful when you want to see how projects are scheduled across time, spot overlaps, track progress against dates, and drag-adjust start/end dates directly on the canvas without opening each project individually.
- Choose from Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly views to display your projects.
- Click the Sort icon to sort by Project Name, Owner, Status, Start Date, or End Date.
- Click Filters to narrow down which projects are displayed.
- Click a project nameto expand it and view its milestones.
- Hover over a milestone and click the edit icon to update its details and tasks.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on any project to View, Edit, or Delete it.
- To add a milestone from this view, click + Add Milestone, then fill in the Name, Parent Project, Status, Start Date, End Date, and any associated tasks or events.
- Drag a project block left or right to move its start and end dates together, or drag the edges to extend or shorten the project independently.
- Click on a block to view its start/end date.
List View
The project list view allows you to quickly view all of your projects in a list format.
- Filter your projects by clicking the funnel icon next to each column header when you hover.
- To sort, click on the ↓↑ arrows.

Kanban View
Click Kanban to see projects organized by status — Open and Closed by default.
- Click the funnel icon to filter projects.
- Click the table icon to choose which fields appear on each project card.
- Click the Sort icon to sort by Project Name, Owner, Status, Start Date, End Date, Archived, or any custom project fields.
- Use the icons at the bottom of each card to add an activity, add a task, or edit the project.

Milestones Tab
- The default view shows all milestones in a list with columns for Milestone Name, Project, Status, Created, and Last Updated.
- Click Kanban within this tab to view milestones grouped by status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Blocked).
Tasks Tab
- This opens the agenda list view, showing all tasks associated with your Pipeline CRM projects and acccount.
Any filtered or sorted configuration can be saved as a reusable view — this applies to Timeline, List, and Kanban. After applying your filters or sort settings, click Save as New View, then access your saved views from the dropdown arrow at the top of the page.
