Common causes of email disconnections:
- Your email provider requires periodic re-authorization for security
- Your password was recently changed
- Two-factor authentication settings changed
- Your organization's IT policies restrict app access

- Extend the session length for connected apps, or
- Exempt Pipeline CRM from session restrictions
- Exempt Apps from Session Length Settings
- Control App Access to Google Workspace Data
- Set Session Length for Google Cloud Services
Microsoft 365 disconnections typically occur when:
- User consent policies restrict third-party app access
- Conditional Access policies require re-authentication
- OAuth tokens expire and need renewal
- Your password or MFA settings were recently changed
Contact your Microsoft 365 administrator and ask them to:
- Enable user consent for verified publishers, or
- Pre-approve Pipeline CRM organization-wide
