How the Integration Works
What Gets Synced
Pipeline CRM automatically sends these contact fields to ActiveCampaign:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
Ongoing Sync
Once a contact is synced, any updates you make in Pipeline CRM will automatically reflect in ActiveCampaign. This keeps your data consistent across both platforms.
Using Your Synced Data in ActiveCampaign
Now that your contacts are in ActiveCampaign, you can:
- Create automated campaigns β Set up email sequences based on CRM data
- Segment your audience β Target specific groups using Pipeline CRM fields
- Personalize messages β Use contact details to customize your emails
- Track performance β Monitor campaign results in ActiveCampaign analytics
