Identify Stalled Deals in Your Pipeline

Spot deals that need attention before they slip through the cracks. The orange ! icon next to a deal name in your Deals list view means no follow-up is scheduled for that deal.


Steps:
  1. Go to your Deals list view.
  2. Look for any deal with an orange! icon next to the deal name.
  3. Open the deal and schedule a follow-up to clear the indicator.
You can also review these deals in bulk from your Dashboard by checking the Deals Slipping Away tile, which shows a list of all deals that need attention.


⚠️ Note: An account admin can contact support to disable the Stalled Deals feature for the entire account.
