Turn everyday work — logging activities, finishing tasks, updating deals — into a short timed challenge, and earn medals and diamonds as you go.
Start a Challenge
- Open the Companies, Deals, People, or Agenda list view.
- Click Start a Challenge.
- Choose what the challenge counts, such as adding activities, finishing tasks, updating deal stages, or updating custom fields.
- Start the challenge.
Some criteria only apply to one record type. Updating deal stages, for example, is only available from the Deals list view.
Earn Medals and Diamonds
Each challenge lasts about 30 minutes. Complete as much of the chosen work as you can in that time.
- The more you complete, the higher your medal: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
- You also collect diamonds for your progress.
- When time runs out, you receive the medal you've earned.
- You can quit at any time and keep the medal you've earned so far.
Track Your Progress
A progress bar appears at the bottom of the screen while the challenge runs.
- To minimize it: Click the icon in its top-left corner. It moves to the bottom-right of the screen.
- To expand it again: Click the icon in its top-right corner.
Check the Leaderboard
Go to My Profile > Leaderboard to see how your team ranks, with each person's medals and total diamonds. This leaderboard shows only your own team. Goal leaderboards are separate — see Set and Track Team Goals.
