Where to find the AI Email Assistant

Depending on your plan and email sync status, the AI Email Assistant is available in:

• Individual emails: The composer in your email inbox, for single emails
• Bulk email composer: For emails to many recipients at once
• Email campaign steps: For writing the content of each campaign email
• Email templates: For drafting reusable templates

Bulk email and email campaigns are available on the Grow and Enterprise plans.

Write an email with the assistant

1. Open the email editor in one of the areas above.
2. Go to the AI Email Assistant at the bottom of the editor.
3. Select a default prompt, or type your own prompt describing the email you need.
4. Submit the prompt to generate the content.
5. Review the result and choose what to do:

• Approve: Insert the content into the email editor so you can edit it before sending.
• Rewrite: Generate a new version. Change your prompt to steer the result.
• Copy or Delete: Copy the content to use elsewhere, or delete it.

To change only part of an email, highlight that text and ask the assistant for a targeted edit.

Monthly limits

Each user gets a number of free prompts per month, based on your Pipeline CRM plan:

The assistant shows how many prompts you've used and your monthly limit. Unused prompts don't carry over to the next month.

How your data is used

The AI Email Assistant doesn't use confidential details, like your past emails, company information, or deal details, when it creates content.
