Manage and Undo Imports

Review your past imports, check what each one created, and roll an import back if it didn't go as planned.

    Open Manage Imports

    1. Go to the Companies, Deals, or People tab.
    2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
    3. Select Manage Imports from the dropdown menu.

The Manage Imports screen lists your past imports for that record type, so you can confirm an import ran and see how many records it created.

    Undo an import

    1. In Manage Imports, enable the Actions column.
    2. Find the import you want to undo.
    3. Click the trash icon 🗑️ next to that import entry.

Undoing an import removes all records created by that import. If you've edited any of those records since, those edits are deleted too.

    What can't be undone

    • Updates made with **Update Existing Records by Import**. Only newly created records can be deleted this way — an update overwrites the existing values and there's no rollback.
    • Records that were skipped during the original import were never created, so there's nothing to undo.
