Change a campaign after you've built it, disable steps you can't remove, and delete a campaign entirely.
Save Your Changes
After editing any campaign step, use one of these:
- Save and Continue — save and move to the next step in the builder.
- Save and Close — save and return to the campaigns list.
Delete an Email Step
- Steps that have already sent emails can't be deleted. Removing them would break your tracking and reporting. Disable the step instead.
- Steps that haven't sent anything can be deleted from the campaign.
Delete a Campaign
- Go to the campaigns list view and find the campaign.
- Select the campaign.
- Click Delete 🗑️.
- Confirm in the prompt that appears.
Deleting a campaign can't be undone.
Who can delete a campaign: Executive users can delete any campaign. Other users can delete only the campaigns they created themselves. See Understand User Roles and Permissions.
