Create and Track Performance Pulse Goals

Set a revenue target for each person and Performance Lane, then follow progress by lane, team, or individual.

    Before you start:

    • Performance Pulse is available on the Grow and Enterprise plans. See the pricing page.
    • You need the Executive role to create Performance Pulse Goals.
    • Your account needs at least one Performance Lane. If none exist, you'll be asked to create one first. See Set Up Performance Pulse.

    Create a Performance Pulse Goal

    1. In the side navigation, click Tools > Goals.
    2. Scroll to the Performance Pulse Goals tile.
    3. Click the + icon.
    4. Enter a clear Goal name. Your team sees this name on the Goals page.
    5. Set the Start date and End date — annual, quarterly, monthly, or a custom range.
    6. Click \+ Add new contribution.
    7. Select an active user, choose a Performance Lane, and enter that user's revenue target.
    8. Repeat step 6 and step 7 for each person and lane.
    9. Check the summary totals by lane and by team at the bottom.
    10. Click Complete to save the goal.

Setting targets for a big team? Instead of adding contributions one by one, import them from a CSV file with three columns: User Email Address, Performance Lane Name, and Amount.

    Track Progress

Performance Pulse Goals show progress by lane, team, and individual. Each user sees only the breakdowns their team visibility settings allow.

    Team Member

One person's progress across every lane they have a target in.
