    Embed a Lead Form on Your Website

    Paste your lead form's embed code into your website so visitors can fill it in without leaving your page.

    Before you start:

    • Create and save your form first. See Create a Lead Form.
    • You need access to edit your website, or someone who does. Often a Pipeline CRM admin copies the code and a website manager pastes it in.

    Copy the Embed Code

    1. Go to Tools > Lead Forms.
    2. Click the name of the form you want to embed.
    3. Select the Configuration tab.
    4. Scroll to the bottom, past Form Name and Share link from, to Embed on your website.
    5. Click Copy code below the code box.

    The code looks like this, with your form's own ID in place of FORM-ID:

    Always copy the code from your form rather than retyping it. If the class, form ID, or URLs change, the form won't load.

    Add the Code to Your Website

    1. Open the page in your website editor where the form should appear.
    2. Add an HTML or custom code block at that spot. Most website builders have one.
    3. Paste the embed code into the block.
    4. Publish your changes.

    Test Your Form

    1. Make sure the form is turned on: its Status toggle on the Lead Forms page should be on.
    2. Open your published page and submit a test entry.
    3. Check that a new record appears in Pipeline CRM, and that the Submitted count for the form goes up on the Lead Forms page.

    Troubleshooting

    The form doesn't appear

    Your site or browser is blocking the script

    Allow https://pcrmforms.com in your site's content security policy or firewall, then try again in a private browser window.

    The wrong form appears

    The code came from a different form

    Copy the code again from the form you want.

    Two forms on one page clash

    Both use the same code

    Each form on a page needs its own embed code. Copy each from its own form.

    Submissions don't arrive

    The form is turned off

    Turn on the form's Status toggle on the Lead Forms page.

    To share the form without a website, use the Share link from link on the same Configuration tab instead. It opens the form as its own page.
