Connect Pipeline CRM to the phone, email, accounting, and data tools your team already uses. Every integration is installed and turned on from the App Store.
Before you start: You need Account Admin permissions in Pipeline CRM. Most integrations also need admin access to the other app.
Install an integration
- Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
- Go to Other > App Store.
- Find the app you want to connect.
- Click Install. Some apps show Learn More instead — click that to open their settings.
- Open the app's service tab and connect your account. Depending on the app, you sign in to it or paste an API key.
- Click Test Connection to confirm the connection works.
- Click Save changes.
Each app's guide below walks through its own settings, such as which activity categories to use or which fields to map.
Turn an integration on or off
Installing an integration doesn't start it. When the settings are ready, turn on the Enable toggle in the top-right corner of the integration's settings. You can also turn it on from the app's tile in the App Store.
To pause an integration, turn the same toggle off. Your settings are kept.
