Install the Gmail Chrome Extension

Install the Pipeline CRM Chrome extension to see people, deals, and activity history right in Gmail — and file emails as activities without leaving your inbox.

Install the extension

1. Open the Pipeline CRM Gmail extension in the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. Sign in to Pipeline CRM in the side panel that opens in Gmail.

To open the extension later, click the Pipeline logo in Gmail's right side panel.

Add an email sender as a person

1. Open an email in Gmail.
2. Click the Pipeline logo to open the side panel.
3. Click Save.

Pipeline CRM creates a person from the sender.

See a person's deals

Open an email from someone already in Pipeline CRM. The side panel shows the deals linked to them.

Manage tasks and events

1. In the side panel, click Agenda to see the person's tasks and events.
2. Click Add Task or Add Event to create a new one.

View and add activities

1. In the side panel, click Activities to see the person's logged activities.
2. Click Add Activity to log a new one.

File an email as an activity

1. Open the email you want to save.
2. Click the Pipeline icon in the top-right corner of the email.

The email is saved as an activity on the record that matches the sender's email address.

To log every email automatically instead, set up Email Sync.
