The Agenda list view shows every task and event you own in one sortable list. Use it to filter, sort, and build the daily or weekly lists you work from.
To see the same items laid out by month, week, or day instead, use the Calendar View.
Click the bookmark icon to make the Agenda list view your default.
Choose your columns
- Click the columns icon above the list.
- Select the fields you want to see.
Filter the list
- Hover over the column you want to filter.
- Click the funnel icon.
- Set your filter.
Columns, filters, and saved views work the same way across Pipeline CRM lists — see Customize and Save List Views for saving and sharing the lists you build.
Tell tasks and events apart
Tasks are to-dos with an optional due date and an open or completed status. Events are calendar items with a set start and end time. For the full breakdown, see Introduction to Tasks & Activities.
To separate the two in the list, filter on the Task/Event field. This one works well as a saved list.
Update several items at once
Select items using the checkboxes on the left. The bulk actions bar appears at the bottom of the screen, anchored to your selection and staying in place as you scroll.
The bar includes:
- Selection count — how many items you currently have selected
- Select all N records — a link that selects every item matching your current view
- Action buttons — the most common actions, shown directly
- More dropdown — the rest of the available actions
- ✕ — clears your selection
The exact set of actions depends on the list you’re working in
Mark items complete
You can complete a single item straight from the list, or select several and complete them together from the bulk actions bar.
To review what has already been done:
- Add the Completed column.
- Filter it by Yes for completed items, No for open items, or Any to see both.
Postpone a task
Postponing moves a task's due date forward. Choose 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days, or pick a specific date. Postpone a single task from the list, or several at once from the bulk actions bar.
Those default intervals are account settings — an admin can change them, and set whether weekends are skipped. See Postpone and Duration Periods.
Add a task or event
- From anywhere: Click the + icon at the top right of the page and select Task or Event.
- From the Agenda or Calendar view: Click Add New in the top-right corner.
- From a record: Open a person, company, or deal, find the Agenda tile, and click the + icon.
To be notified before an event starts or when a task is assigned to you, see Task and Event Reminders.
To measure task creation and completion across your team, see Agenda Reporting.
