ActiveCampaign

Automatically send the people you choose from Pipeline CRM to ActiveCampaign, so you can build targeted campaigns and automations without exporting files.

Before you start:

• Admin permissions in Pipeline CRM
• An ActiveCampaign account with API access
• People in Pipeline CRM with email addresses

Step 1: Install ActiveCampaign (admin)

1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
2. Go to Other > App Store.
3. Find ActiveCampaign and click Install.

Step 2: Copy your ActiveCampaign API credentials

1. Sign in to ActiveCampaign.
2. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom left.
3. Select Developer.
4. Copy your API URL and API Key.

Step 3: Connect ActiveCampaign (admin)

1. In Pipeline CRM, select the Active Campaign Service tab.
2. Paste your API URL and API Key.
3. Click Save changes.

Step 4: Choose who syncs (admin)

1. Select the Criteria tab.
2. Set the criteria a person must meet to sync — for example, Tag contains "VIP".
3. Click Save changes.

People sync only when they're updated after you set up the integration. People who already match your criteria won't transfer until they're changed.

To send people who already match:

1. Create a new person tag, such as "VIP".
2. Filter your People list view to the people you want.
3. Bulk update those people to add the tag.

The update counts as a change, so they sync.

Step 5: Turn on the integration (admin)

Turn on the Enable toggle in the top-right corner of the ActiveCampaign settings. You can also turn it on from the ActiveCampaign tile in the App Store.

What syncs

Pipeline CRM sends these fields for each person who meets your criteria:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number

They appear as Fields in ActiveCampaign, ready for segmentation and personalization. After a person syncs, any change you make to them in Pipeline CRM updates ActiveCampaign too.
