  • Trigger: Deal stage changes to “Qualified”
  • Conditions: Assigned to specific owner(s) 
  • Action: Send email notification to desired user.
  • Purpose: Ensure the right stakeholder is notified when a deal becomes finalized

🗒️ New Deal → Create Follow-Up Task

  • Trigger: New deal is created
  • Conditions: Deal source = “Inbound” OR deal value > $10,000
  • Action: Create a task: “Follow up with lead via phone within 24 hours”
  • Purpose: Ensure timely engagement with high-value or inbound prospects


📤 Data Export Notification

  • Trigger: User exports data from the CRM
  • Action: Send a notification to the user's manager with details of the export
