Importing Activities

Importing activities allows you to seamlessly upload and integrate activity data in bulk from a spreadsheet. This streamlines the process of updating your CRM, eliminates manual entry, and ensures your entire team stays aligned—making activity management quicker, more accurate, and effortlessly organized.

Why Import Activities?

  • Save time by uploading multiple records at once.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Easily assign activity categories for better organization.

A few things to prep:

  • Ensure you have a spreadsheet (in CSV or Excel format) with your activity data.
  • If you would like the activity to have a particular category type, match your column headers to existing activity categories in your Pipeline CRM account.

Once your file is ready, begin your import and make sure you are mapping the activities to the Pipeline Activity field.

Key Notes

  • Only account admins can add or edit activity categories.
  • The timestamp for each activity will be the date and time you import the file.
  • To use specific activity categories, your column headers must match existing ones in Pipeline CRM.
  • Admins can add or edit activity categories as needed.
