Managing Activity Categories
Steps to Manage Categories- In the lower-left corner, click on Settings.
- Select the Activities tab.
- To edit a Category, click the edit icon next to a category’s name. Enter your changes, then save.
- To delete a Category, click the trash can icon. Confirm your choice to remove the category.
- To add a Category, click on + Add Activity Category button, enter a name, and save.
Viewing and Editing
- The list of activity categories appears on the left side of the Activity Categories page.
- Use the icons on the right to edit (pencil and paper icon) or delete (trash can icon) a category.
- To add a new category, click + icon of the Activity Feed section.
Key Reminders
- Only custom categories can be edited or deleted.
- The Email category is managed by the system and always tracks sent emails and BCC activity automatically.

Tips for Success
