Before You Start
- You need Admin permissions on both Pipeline CRM and Aircall
- All Pipeline users must have their phone numbers entered in their profile
- Be logged into your Aircall account before starting setup
Each user must add their Aircall phone number to their Pipeline profile:
- Go to Profile > My Profile > Phone Number.
- Enter the phone number you use in Aircall.
- Click Save changes.
Step 2: Install the Aircall Integration
- Go to Settings > Other > App Store.
- Scroll to Aircall and click Install.
- Select the Aircall API Service tab and click Connect.
Step 3: Authorize and Configure Aircall
- Click Authorize to allow Pipeline CRM to access your Aircall data.
- Click Add Numbers.
- Select the phone number you want to map to Pipeline CRM.
- Click Confirm, then click Add Numbers again.
- Once redirected back to Pipeline CRM, click Test Connection to verify.
- Click Save changes.
- Go to the Settings tab in the Aircall integration.
- Use the dropdowns to assign an activity category for each call type:
- Completed incoming calls
- Completed outgoing calls
- Missed incoming calls
- Missed outgoing calls
- Voice messages (incoming)
- Voice messages left (outgoing)
- Click Save changes.
Step 5: Enable the Integration
- When you're finished configuring, click Back to App Store.
- The Aircall integration will now be highlighted and active.
What Gets Logged
Once enabled, Pipeline CRM automatically logs these activities on matching People or Companies:
- Completed calls (incoming and outgoing)
- Missed calls (incoming and outgoing)
- Voice messages (incoming)
