Install the Gmail Chrome Extension

The Pipeline CRM Chrome Extension brings CRM functionality into Gmail. View contact details, related deals, and activity history—plus file emails as activities—without leaving your inbox.

Install the Extension
  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome to install the Pipeline CRM Gmail Extension.
  3. A side navigation panel will appear for you to log into your Pipeline CRM account.
  4. Once installed, to open the extension, click on the Pipeline logo located in Gmails right side panel.

Add People to Pipeline
  1. Open an email in Gmail.
  2. Open the side navigation by clicking in Pipeline CRMs icon.
  3. Click Save to create a new contact from the email sender.

View Deals and Contacts
  1. Open an email from a known contact.
  2. View any deals associated with that contact in the extension panel.

Manage Tasks and Events
  1. Click the Agenda section to view tasks and events linked to the contact.
  2. Click Add Task or Add Event to create new agenda items.

View and Add Activities
  1. Click Activities to see previously recorded activities for the contact.
  2. Click Add Activity to log a new activity.

File Emails as Activities
  1. Open an email you want to save to Pipeline.
  2. Click the Pipeline icon in the top-right corner of the email.
  3. The email is saved as an activity on the profile matching the sender's email address.
