Install the Extension
- Visit the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome to install the Pipeline CRM Gmail Extension.
- A new tab will open for you to sign into your Pipeline CRM account.
- Once installed, the extension appears at the bottom of emails in your inbox when using the No Spit view in your Gmail.
Add People to Pipeline
- Open an email in Gmail.
- Scroll to the Pipeline extension panel at the bottom.
- Click Save to create a new contact from the email sender.
View Deals and Contacts
- Open an email from a known contact.
- View any deals associated with that contact in the extension panel.
Manage Tasks and Events
- Click the Agenda section to view tasks and events linked to the contact.
- Click Add Task or Add Event to create new agenda items.
View and Add Activities
- Click Activities to see previously recorded activities for the contact.
- Click Add Activity to log a new activity.
File Emails as Activities
- Open an email you want to save to Pipeline.
- Click the Pipeline icon in the top-right corner of the email.
- The email is saved as an activity on the profile matching the sender's email address.
