We have modernized the UI for our Add/Edit Forms pages. All functionality has remained the same with the intention of making the workflow more intuitive. Admins on your account can make adjustments to how your new record forms are displayed by clicking the "Form Preferences" button at the bottom of the page when adding new records. Learn More.
