Agenda Reporting

Track your team's task creation and completion to measure productivity with the Agenda reporting section.

Creating A Report:
  1. Go to Reports and select the Agenda section.

  2. Set the data source (horizontal x-axis) and select the available options, such as due date or owner.
  3. Grouping:
    • If you select a date field, select a data range and date grouping(day, weeks, months, years)
    • Use the Breakdown options to slice the data.
  4. Click any bar in the chart to drill down into individual tasks for that period.
  5. Click Save to save the report, then add it to your views or schedule it for regular delivery.
💡 Tip: Apply filters in the top right corner to narrow down results. For example, you wish to create a report only for specific users/owners, or only for tasks assigned to a specific company.

⚠️ Note: Agenda reports show a snapshot of current data. They don't track how individual tasks transitioned from open to closed over time.
