Schedule Views in Pipeline CRM

Automatically send saved views to your team on a recurring schedule β€” no manual exports required.

Schedule a View
  1. Open the saved view you want to schedule.
  2. Click the Schedule icon.
  3. Choose your frequency:
    • Weekdays β€” Send everyday from Monday to Friday.
    • Daily β€” Select Weekdays to send Monday–Friday, or Every Day to include weekends.
    • Weekly β€” Select the days of the week and preferred send time.
    • Monthly β€” Choose one of three options: a specific date (e.g., the 15th of each month), the last day of the month, or the nth weekday (e.g., the second Thursday of each month).
    • Quarterly β€” Select the nth weekday of the first month of each quarter, the last day of the quarter, or the first day of the quarter.
  4. Set your preferred send time.
  5. Select the users and/or teams who should receive the email.
  6. Review the next scheduled send date shown in the panel to confirm your settings.
  7. Click Save.
πŸ’‘ Tip: Click Run Now to send the current view immediately to all selected users β€” useful for testing before your first scheduled send.

Once scheduled, Pipeline CRM will email the list view to selected users as an attached CSV file based on your chosen frequency.
