How Auto Enrich Works
- Auto Enrich uses a monthly credit system.
- Each successful enrichment uses 1 credit.
- Credits reset every month and do not roll over.
- When youâve used all credits for the month, new enrichment requests will fail, and users will see an error message.
- From a Person or Company record.
- In bulk from People or Company list views.
- You must be an Account Administrator to purchase and configure Auto Enrich.
- Your account must be on a supported billing cycle (monthly, annual, or multi-year).
- Auto Enrich works best when:
- People records have a work email.
- The company has a website.

Using Auto Enrich
Enriching a Single Person or Company
- Open a person or company record.
- For People:
- Make sure the record has a work email.
- For Companies:
- Make sure that the record has a website.
- Click Actions located in the top right corner.
- Select Auto Enrich Data.
Enrich People and Companies in Bulk Using List Views
Use bulk enrichment when you want to update many contacts at once.
- Go to a People or Company List View.
- Select the records you want to enrich.
- People records should have a work email and companies records should have a website listed.
- Look for the Auto Enrich option in the toolbar or bulk actions menu.
- Click Auto Enrich and confirm.
The enrichment process will run in the background. For large lists, this may take a few minutes. Once complete, you'll see the results directly on the enriched records.
Pipeline CRM sends the email to the enrichment service and updates the record based on your field mappings. Typical updates may include:
People
- Full name
- Job title and role
- Company name and website
- Company details like address and summary
- If the company doesnât exist yet, Auto Enrich can create a new Company record and link it to the Person.
- Company name
- Logo
- Registered address
- Company summary / description
âAuto Enrichâ option is missing
- Confirm that your organization has purchased an Auto Enrich plan.
- Make sure the feature is enabled in Settings > Auto Enrich.
- Check that your user is included in the allowed user list (if access is restricted).
- Check your remaining credits in Settings > Other >Auto Enrich.
- If credits are used up for the month, new requests will fail.
- Confirm the record has:
- A work email (for People).
- A website (for Companies).
- If some records donât update in a bulk run, it may be because:
- The enrichment provider couldnât find matching data.
- The required email/website was missing or invalid.
- Check the Overwrite existing record data setting.
- If overwriting is disabled, Auto Enrich will only fill empty fields.
- Review your field mappings to ensure incoming data is mapped to the fields you expect.
