Pipeline CRM’s Lead Forms feature offers a quick and flexible way to capture leads directly from your CRM. Whether you’re launching a new campaign, signing up event attendees, or collecting general inquiries, Lead Forms make it simple and inviting to turn interest into action.

What Makes Lead Forms Stand Out?

Getting Started: Creating a Lead Form

Only admins on your account can create and manage Lead Forms.

Step 1: Create a New Form
  • Go to the Tools section in the left navigation panel.
  • Click Lead Forms.
  • In the top right corner, select +Add New to start a new form.
Step 2:Form Editor
  • Choose a template or start with a custom form.
  • Customize form fields:
    • Edit the Form Title and any existing fields.
    • Add new fields or edit existing ones.
    • Map each field to a record type (Person, Deal, or Company) and link it to an existing field in your Pipeline account.
    • Adjust field labels for clarity.
Step 3: Style Settings
  • Personalize your form’s look:
    • Adjust font weight, size, and text color.
    •  Upload a custom logo or use Pipeline branding (based on your plan).
  • Tip: Toggle Embedded ON to preview your form in either standalone or embedded mode.
Step 4: Configuration
  • Set what happens after a form is submitted:
    • Display and customize a thank-you message or redirect users to a webpage.
  • Data Mapping:
    • Decide how the collected data is distributed within the Pipeline.
    •  Enable Prevent Duplicates to avoid repeat entries.
    • Assignment: Select one or more users to assign records. Choosing multiple users enables round-robin assignment.
  • Final touches:
    • Name your form.
    • Copy the share link or embed code for your website.
Step 5: Save and Activate Your Form
  • When you’re done, click the "Save Form" button located in the upper right corner.
  • Toggle Active ON to start receiving submissions.

Managing Your Forms
On the Lead Forms page, you get a bird’s-eye view of all your forms—plus some handy insights to help you measure performance at a glance:
  • Viewed: (Standalone forms only) Tracks how many times your form has been opened.
  • Started: Counts when someone interacts with at least one field.
  • Submitted: Tallies up completed and submitted forms.
  • Conversion: Shows the percentage of users who started the form and actually submitted it.
You can quickly toggle any form’s status ON or OFF as needed.
Need to take action? Click the three dots next to a form to:
  • Copy the form’s URL for easy sharing
  • Duplicate the form for a fast setup
  • Delete a form when it’s time to tidy up

You can create unlimited forms, but only a set number can be active at once. Paid plans allow you to remove or customize branding.

Who can create forms?
Only admins. Other users can view submission data if they have permission.

Is there a submission limit?
There is no hard limit, but very high volumes may be monitored for performance purposes.

Can forms create deals automatically?
Absolutely—form submissions can trigger deal creation when mapped fields are used.

Can I A/B test forms?
Yes! Duplicate and tweak forms to compare conversion rates.
