What Is Customer Health Status?
Customer Health Status is a quick indicator of the strength of your relationship with a customer. It helps your team spot issues early and celebrate wins, all at a glance.Keep in mind: Health Status is only visible for companies that have been converted into customers.

The Four Health Status Levels
You can set a customerās health status to one of the following:- None: No health status assigned yet.
- Poor š: The relationship needs immediate attention.
- Fair š: Things could be betterākeep an eye on this one.
- Good š: The customer relationship is in great shape.
How to Update a Customerās Health Status
- Go to the Customer Profile: Find the customer you want to update.
- Click on Health Status: Look for the Health Status section on the profile page.
- Select a Status: Choose from None, Poor, Fair, or Good.
- (Optional) Add a Description:After selecting a status, youāll see a prompt to describe why you made the change.
- This is your chance to provide context for teammates.
- If you donāt want to add a description, just select No Thanks.
Why Add a Description?
- Descriptions offer clarity about why a status changed.
- They appear under the āiā icon next to the Health Score, so anyone can quickly see the reasoning.
- Every update creates an Activity on the customerās profile, making it easy to track changes over time.
Viewing Health Status Descriptions
To see why a status was set:
- Click the "i" icon next to the Health Score on the customer profile.
- Youāll see the latest description and any notes about the status change.
Tracking Health Status Changes
Activity Feed: Every time a health status changes, an activity is logged on the company record.Company List View: You can quickly filter by customer health status by enabling the Health Status column.
Recent Updates Report: All health status changes appear in this report, so you can review updates at a glance.
