How Do I Add an Image to the Body of my Email?

Adding images to your emails in Pipeline CRM is straightforward. Follow these steps to include images in your messages:

1. Start a New Email or Template
Open a new email or template in Pipeline CRM.

2. Insert an Image
To upload an image from your device:
  • Click the icon within the email editor.
  • Drag and drop your image into the upload area, or click to select a file from your computer.

3. Adjust Image Settings
Click on the inserted image to open the options menu. You can:
  • Replace the image with a different one.
  • Change the alignment (left, right, center).
  • Remove the image.
  • Insert a link to make the image clickable.
  • Choose how the image displays (inline or with text wrapping).
  • Add style options.
  • Enter alternate text for accessibility.
  • Adjust the image size by setting the width and height.
