The Kanban Board in Pipeline CRM gives you a clear view of your deals as they move through each stage of your sales pipeline. This visual tool makes it easy to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and keep your team aligned.

Getting Started
1. Access the Kanban Board

  • Head to the Deals page in Pipeline CRM.
  • Switch from List View to Kanban View by clicking the Kanban option.

2. Understand the Layout
  • Deals appear as cards organized in vertical columns.
  • Each column is a stage in your sales pipeline, arranged left to right for easy tracking.

Managing Deals
Move Deals Between Stages

  • Drag and drop a deal card to the desired stage column. 
Edit Deal Information
  • Click the three dots located in the top right corner of a card to edit details.
  • For more advanced editing in the deal profile, click on the deal title.

Customize Card Display
  • Click "Edit Display Fields" to select the information that appears on each card.
  • Note: Some fields may not be available in Kanban view.

Bulk Updates, Activities & Tasks
Select multiple deals using the checkbox on each card for bulk actions.

Create tasks or view activity by clicking the respective icons on the card.

Save Your Kanban Board
  • After customizing, click Save Kanban to save your board setup.
  • Access, rename, duplicate, or delete saved boards via the dropdown at the top left.

Advanced Features
Filtering & Sorting

  • Apply filters to view deals by criteria (e.g., minimum deal value).
  • Import saved List View filters for consistency.

Pagination & Load More
  • Click the load more icon to view additional deals in a stage.
  • Each stage shows the number of deals next to its name.
Change Pipeline
  • Only one pipeline is visible at a time; switch pipelines by clicking the board icon.

Collapse Stages
  • Click a stage name to collapse or expand it for a cleaner view.
  • You can still drag deals into collapsed stages.
