Welcome to the comprehensive support page for the "Challenges" feature in Pipeline CRM. This page will walk you through using the Challenges feature to enhance the productivity and engagement of your sales team.

Overview of Challenges

The Challenges feature is designed to make routine CRM tasks more enjoyable and engaging by turning them into game-like challenges. This feature motivates the team to complete necessary tasks through a system of rewards and recognition.

Getting Started with Challenges

On the navigation bar for List vies for companies deals, people, and agenda you will find a new button labeled "Start a Challenge."

How to Use Challenges

1. Starting a Challenge:
- Click on the "Start a Challenge" button found in the CRM List Views (company, deals, people, agenda).
- A modal box will open, allowing you to select the criteria for the challenge. Criteria could include adding activities, finishing tasks, updating deal stages, or custom fields.
2. Selecting Criteria:
- Choose a specific task to be completed as part of the challenge, applicable to customers, companies, deals, persons or agenda
- Some tasks, like updating deal stages, are specific to deals, while others like updating details may apply across all records- companies, people, and deals.

3. Earning Rewards:
- Completing tasks according to the chosen criteria earns rewards. For example, completing 10 activities might earn you a Bronze Medal and 100 diamonds.
- Rewards are issued through Medals (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and diamonds.
- The higher the level of the Medal, the more activities required and the greater the reward.

4. Progress bar
- Progress towards rewards is visually tracked via a progress bar that updates with each criterion's completion. The progress bar is located at the bottom of the screen.

You can also minimize the progress bar by hovering over the progress bar and clicking on the minimize icon on the top left.

The progress bar will be available on the bottom right of the screen when minimized, and you can maximize it by clicking on the icon on the right top (on hover)

5. Leaderboard:
- A leaderboard is available to foster a competitive spirit among team members. It displays the Medals earned and each user accumulates total points (diamonds). It's located under User Profile > Leaderboard

6. Quitting a Challenge:
- You may quit a challenge at any time. Upon quitting, you'll see the Medal you've earned.

7. Time Limit:
- Each challenge has a time limit, typically 30 minutes, encouraging users to complete tasks within one or a few sessions.

Navigation Efficiency
- Challenges are integrated across the CRM, allowing you to navigate directly from one deal to the next without returning to the main list view and making task completion more efficient. If you are navigating to any deal, company, or person profile page, clicking on the arrow icons next to the edit button will navigate to the next record in the List view.

Concluding a Challenge
- At the end of a challenge or when the time runs out, the system awards a
Medal based on the number of tasks completed within the time frame.

Conclusion

The Challenges feature in Pipeline CRM is designed to gamify routine sales tasks, making the daily responsibilities of sales teams more engaging and enjoyable. Team members can earn rewards and recognition by participating in challenges while improving their productivity and contribution to the team's goals.

Thank you for using our CRM and good luck with your Challenges!
