The Pipeline CRM mobile app features powerful route planning capabilities to help sales professionals optimize their travel, save time, and focus on what matters most: closing deals.


Key Features

  • Customizable Stops: Easily add or remove stops, and adjust the priority of locations to fit your schedule.
  • Google Maps Integration: Our route planning feature works exclusively with Google Maps. 

How to Plan Your Route

At the moment, Route Planning is only available for Companies and People records on mobile. 
  1. Go to Map View: Open the Pipeline CRM mobile app and navigate to the map view.
  2. Filter: Use the available filters to narrow down your search results and select a list view.
  3. Select Stops: Choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 locations for your route.
  4. Name & Customize: Before saving, give your route a clear name. You can also confirm or remove selected locations and set a starting or ending point.
  5. Start Your Journey: Once saved, the app will generate an optimized route for you. Tap "Start Route" to be redirected to Google Maps, where all your stops are pre-loaded for navigation.

You can also easily access and edit your saved routes directly from the map view, giving you full control over your travel plans.
