If you want to keep your email conversations organized in Pipeline CRM without syncing your email, Email Activity Tracking makes it easy to save emails to the right contacts, deals, or companies, keeping everything tidy and accessible for your team! This method is great if you'd rather track your interactions without linking your email.

Why Use Email Tracking in Pipeline CRM?

  • Saves time – No more manually logging emails!
  • Keeps everything organized – Every conversation is stored where it belongs.
  • Improves team collaboration – Everyone can see past interactions and keep deals moving.

📩 When to Use cc@app.pipelinecrm.com?

  • Best for automatic logging when sending or receiving emails.

  • Works best when the contact is associated with only one deal.
  • Add cc@app.pipelinecrm.com to the BCC field before sending an email.
  • Forward received emails to cc@app.pipelinecrm.com – The email will be added to the sender’s profile as an activity.
  • The email (including attachments) will automatically be saved under the recipient’s profile.
  • If the contact doesn’t exist in your CRM yet, Pipeline will create a new profile for them.

📩 When to Use inbox@app.pipelinecrm.com?

  • Best when you need to manually assign emails to specific contacts, deals, or companies.

  • A contact is tied to multiple deals or companies, and you want to choose the correct one.
  • You forgot to BCC cc@app.pipelinecrm.com when sending an email.
You may find emails forwarded to inbox@app.pipelinecrm.com by going to the Email section and scrolling down to its box.

⚠️  Important Notes:
  • Make sure you’re sending the email from an address linked to your Pipeline CRM account.
  • Do not put cc@app.pipelinecrm.com in the TO or CC fields, as it won’t log the email properly.
