Sharing gives a teammate access to a company record they wouldn't normally see, without changing their role or visibility anywhere else.
Before you start: If you can see a company, you can share it.
Share a company
- Open the company profile.
- Click Actions in the top right corner.
- Select Share.
- Choose the teammates you want to share with.
Once shared, they can view and edit the company information.

The people linked to the company
The deals linked to the company
People and deals stay private unless you share them separately. Sharing a company doesn't open up everything attached to it.
See who a company is shared with
Enable the Shared With column in the Companies list view.
To stop sharing, reopen Actions > Share on the company profile and remove the teammate.
