Priorities label tasks and events as High, Medium or Low — or whatever your team calls them — so everyone can see at a glance what needs attention first.
Before you start: Account Admin permissions are required to change the priority list. Any user can apply a priority to a task or event.
Customize the Priority List
- In the lower-left corner, click Settings.
- Click the Activities tab.
- Click Priorities.
- Add, rename, recolor or delete priorities as needed.
- Drag your most-used priority to the top of the list. The top priority is the default for new tasks and events.
Add a Priority to a Task or Event
- Create a task or event, or open an existing one.
- Choose a Priority.
- Click Save.
The priority's name and color appear next to the item in Agenda and Calendar.
