The "Nearby" feature in Pipeline CRM is a powerful mobile-only tool that helps you visualize your contacts and companies on a map based on your current location. It's perfect for finding new opportunities, planning visits, or identifying relevant records while you're out in the field.

How to Access Nearby
- Click on the route planning icon in the top right corner.
- The map will display your current location and show all nearby records.
- Alternatively, for any person or company record with a valid address, you'll see a globe icon on their profile page. Tapping this icon will open the "Nearby" map centered on that record's location.
What You Can Do with Nearby
- View Records on a Map: See people and company records plotted visually based on their addresses and your current location.
- Search the Map: Look for specific records within the map interface.
- Identify Nearby Records: Quickly spot other Pipeline CRM records that are close to your current position or a specific address you're viewing.
Take Action Directly from the Map
For each person and company record displayed on the map that has a valid address, you can perform quick actions:
- Make a Call: Initiate a direct phone call to the contact.
- Get Directions: Open the address in your device's default mapping app (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Maps) for instant navigation.
- Access Profile: Tap to open the full profile page for that person or company to view more details.
