Transfer contact information between Pipeline CRM and other applications using the vCard format.
Import a vCard
- Go to the People tab.
- Click the three-dot menu next to Add New.
- Select Import vCard from the dropdown menu.
- Upload your vCard file.
Export a vCard
- Go to the profile page of the contact you want to export.
- Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
- Select vCard from the dropdown menu. The contact's details will download as a vCard file.
