How to Send Emails

Sending an Email to a Single Contact

Start by navigating to the record you’re working on—whether it’s a deal, company, or person.

Then, open the email editor based on where you’re viewing the record:
  • List View: Make sure the Email field is visible, then click the email address.
  • Company Profile: Find email addresses in the Contact Info or People section.
  • Person Profile: Click the email found in the Contact Info box.
  • Deal Profile: Look for the email in the People section.

Sending Emails to Multiple Contacts

  1. Select Your Records
    Use checkboxes to choose the records you want to email.
    💡 Pro Tip: Use filters to narrow down your list to just the contacts you want to reach.
  2. Click “Send Bulk Email”
    This opens the email editor where you can craft your message and choose to send it immediately or schedule it for later

⚠️ Please Note
If you’re working from the Deals tab, the email will go to the primary contact associated with each selected deal.

  • Email Tracking: To monitor the effectiveness of your emails, consider utilizing Pipeline’s email tracking features. This allows you to see when emails are opened or clicked, providing valuable insights for follow-ups.  
  • Email Templates: Save time and maintain consistency by creating and using email templates for common messages. This feature enables you to quickly send personalized emails without composing each one from scratch.
