Build a dashboard that shows exactly the lists, reports, and goals you care about, so you spend less time clicking around and more time selling.
Create a Dashboard
- Open the Dashboards dropdown.
- Select Add New Dashboard.
- Give it a clear, descriptive name.
- Click \+ Add to Dashboard in the top-right corner and pick your first tile.
- Click Save.
You can also just start editing the dashboard you're on — Pipeline CRM will prompt you to save your changes or save it as a new dashboard.
Tile Types
There are nine tile types. Four hold your own saved content and can be added as many times as you like. The other five are default tiles you can add once each.
Add as many as you need:
Tile
What it shows
List View
Any saved list of deals, companies, or people
Report
A single saved report — one chart or metric
View
A report view: a saved page that groups several reports together
Goal
Progress toward a team or individual target
One per dashboard:
Tile
What it shows
Pipeline
Active deals and revenue broken down by stage. Filter by user, pipeline, and time frame
Agenda
Today's, this week's, and overdue tasks and events. Overdue items appear in red
Latest Email
The five most recent tracked emails that were opened or clicked
Deals Slipping Away
High-value deals with no recent activity or no scheduled next step
Starred Lists
One-click access to the lists you've favorited
Once a default tile is on your dashboard it shows as Added and is greyed out in the Add to Dashboard panel. The Latest Email tile needs email sync connected, and only shows emails sent with tracking on.
Arrange Your Tiles
- Resize — drag the bottom-right corner of a tile.
- Reposition — click and hold the top-left corner, then drag the tile where you want it.
- Filter by user — the Pipeline, Agenda, and Deals Slipping Away tiles have a user dropdown, so you can look at a teammate's data instead of your own.
Tile Actions
Click the three dots in the upper-right of any tile to:
- Remove — take the tile off this dashboard.
- Go to — open the original list, report, or goal behind the tile.
- Move to another dashboard — shift the tile elsewhere. It disappears from this one.
- Copy to another dashboard — put the tile on a second dashboard so it appears in both.
- Refresh — pull the latest data into the tile.
Save Your Work
Your changes won't stick unless you click Save.
- To keep the original as well, use Save as new dashboard and give it a unique name.
- Reset discards any unsaved changes.
- Every dashboard you save is in the Dashboards dropdown.
