The Companies tab holds every company and customer in your account. Columns and filters are how you cut it down to the list you actually need.

- Go to the Companies tab.
- Click the Columns icon in the upper right corner.
- Enable the columns you want.
- Click a column header to filter by it.

Click the Star icon on a saved list to pin it to your home tab and your Morning Coffee Report.
Columns worth knowing
Column
What it tells you
Has Deals
Whether the company has any deals attached. Filter to No to find companies nobody has worked yet.
Worked on by
Which user created the company, or owns a person or deal attached to it.
Shared With
Who the record has been shared with.
Is Customer
Whether the company has been converted to a customer.
Health Status
Relationship strength on a customer: Poor, Fair, or Good.
Days In Health
How long the customer has been at its current health status.
Is Customer, Health Status and Days In Health live in the Customer Management field group.
Two views worth building
Companies with no deals — enable Has Deals, filter to No. This is your untouched list: companies in the database that nobody has opened a deal with.
Customers only — enable Is Customer, filter to Yes. Filter to No instead for everyone you're still prospecting.
What appears in any list view depends on your user role and your account's visibility settings. If a company you expect is missing, check with your account administrator.
