Pause or Cancel Your Account

Take a break from Pipeline CRM without losing anything by pausing your account, or cancel your subscription for good. Here's what each option does and what happens to your data.

    Before you start:

    • Account Admin permissions required.
    • If you're canceling and might want your data later, export it first.

    Pause or Cancel?

    | | Pause | Cancel | |---|---|---| | Cost | Free | — | | Billing | Stops for 1, 3 or 6 months, then restarts automatically | Ends at the close of your current billing period | | Using the account | Nobody on your team can use it. Logging in shows the option to unpause early | Stays available until the end of the period you've paid for | | Your data | Kept exactly as it is — nothing is deleted or moved | Kept for 270 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted | | Best for | A temporary break when you plan to come back | Leaving Pipeline CRM |

    Pause Your Account

    1. In the lower-left corner, click Settings.
    2. Click the Billing tab.
    3. On the Subscription tab, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription.
    4. In the window that suggests pausing instead, choose how long to pause: 1, 3 or 6 months.
    5. Click Pause Account.
    6. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Need a break longer than 6 months? Contact support and we'll help.

To come back early: Log in to Pipeline CRM, click Unpause Account, and follow the prompts to restart your subscription. If you don't, billing restarts automatically when the pause ends.

You can't cancel a paused account yourself. To cancel instead of unpausing, contact Customer Care and we'll handle the cancellation for you.

    Cancel Your Account

    1. In the lower-left corner, click Settings.
    2. Click the Billing tab.
    3. On the Subscription tab, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription.
    4. In the window that suggests pausing instead, click Continue to cancel.
    5. Select the reason you're canceling.
    6. Click Continue to cancel.
    7. Follow the remaining prompts to confirm.

A confirmation banner appears once the cancellation goes through.

Pipeline CRM keeps a canceled account's data for 270 days. After that, all of it is deleted automatically and can't be recovered.

Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, canceling early doesn't refund the time you've already paid for. See Understand Billing, Renewals, and Refunds.
