How to Scan a Business Card:
- Open Your Mobile App
- Click on the + icon.
- Select "Scan Business Card":
- Capture the card using one of two options:
- Take a New Photo: Place the business card within the on-screen red corners and snap a clear picture.
- Upload from Camera Roll — Select an existing photo from your phone's camera roll.
- Map the fields — The app reads the card and prompts you to assign information (Name, Company, Email, Phone) to the correct fields.
- Tap Save — The contact is instantly added to your Pipeline CRM account and available on any device.
⚠️ Note: The scanned photo is not saved to your phone's camera roll — this is intentional to preserve your device storage. The image is saved as the contact's avatar in Pipeline CRM and can be changed at any time.
