If you're seeing company logos or other images from email signatures saved in your Files section, this is expected behavior when your email sync is enabled or when you manually track emails into your account, as these files are automatically saved.
Why this happens
When an email is saved, Pipeline CRM scans for attachments — including images embedded in email signatures. If those images are 40KB or larger, the system treats them as files and saves them automatically.
Images smaller than 40KB are automatically ignored by Pipeline CRM and won't be saved to your Files section.
