Understand Campaign Unsubscribes

Learn what happens when a contact unsubscribes from a campaign and how to view your full unsubscribe list.

When someone unsubscribes from one of your campaigns, Pipeline CRM automatically disables them from receiving all future campaign emails. If you attempt to email an unsubscribed contact, you'll see a notification alerting you.

Things to Note:
  • Unsubscribing only applies to campaign emails. Unsubscribed contacts can still receive individual (one-off) emails.
  • If a contact unsubscribes from a campaign that was already scheduled, they will still receive that specific campaign send.
To view all unsubscribed contacts:
  1. Go to the People tab.
  2. Click the columns icon.
  3. Check the Unsubscribed column and click Save.
  4. In the Unsubscribed column header, apply a filter and select Yes.
All contacts who have unsubscribed will now appear in the list.
