When someone unsubscribes from one of your campaigns, Pipeline CRM automatically disables them from receiving all future campaign emails. If you attempt to email an unsubscribed contact, you'll see a notification alerting you.
Things to Note:
- Unsubscribing only applies to campaign emails. Unsubscribed contacts can still receive individual (one-off) emails.
- If a contact unsubscribes from a campaign that was already scheduled, they will still receive that specific campaign send.
- Go to the People tab.
- Click the columns icon.
- Check the Unsubscribed column and click Save.
- In the Unsubscribed column header, apply a filter and select Yes.
